Known for its sprawling 14-acre estate, Nynehead Court’s NGS Open Gardens events attract gardening enthusiasts keen to witness the estate’s seasonal transformations. Summer, in particular, draws crowds for its vibrant display of flowers and lush shrubbery.

Head Gardener Justin Cole will lead a guided tour starting at 2pm, offering insights into the estate’s botanical highlights. Throughout the afternoon, visitors can enjoy tea and cake served in the tranquil setting of the Orangery.

Admission is priced at £6.50 for adults (cash only), with no charge for accompanying children. The estate warmly welcomes dogs, provided they are kept on leads.

Reflecting on the occasion, Home Manager Joanne Fenn expressed her anticipation: “Our NGS Open Gardens events are always well-received, and we’re thrilled to host our second event of 2024. The NGS Open Gardens initiative supports numerous charitable causes.”

Nynehead Court Estate caters to older individuals seeking gracious retirement living, offering residential, respite, and close care housing options.
