The Wetaskiwin Horticultural Society is eagerly anticipating its annual Flower and Vegetable Show, scheduled for July 27th at the Wetaskiwin Senior Centre.
Affiliated with the Alberta Horticultural Association (AHA), the Wetaskiwin Horticultural Society aligns with the AHA’s mission to disseminate gardening knowledge, promote horticultural education, and acknowledge exceptional contributions to the field.
The event will open its doors to the public from noon to 3:30 p.m., offering coffee and refreshments for attendees. A photo contest and white elephant sale will also be featured, with no admission fee required.
Participants are encouraged to bring their entries between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Judging commences at noon, followed by presentations at 3:00 p.m. The show includes categories for both adults and youth.
