Erin Boyle, a talented artist and designer hailing from New Hampshire, is bridging her deep appreciation for nature and her creative prowess to offer an exciting community workshop titled “Fall Flower Crowns.”
Scheduled to take place on Tuesday, October 10th, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., the workshop will unfold its petals of creativity at the Townsend Public Library, located at 12 Dudley Road.
“We will be working with faux flowers,” Boyle enthusiastically shared. “This way, you can cherish your craft for years to come.” All necessary materials will be provided, though participants are encouraged to bring their own unique flowers or decorations to personalize their creations.
Boyle’s creative journey includes earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in accessory design with a minor in fiber arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2019. Drawing from her prior experience as a florist, she seamlessly blends her passion for design with her reverence for the natural world. Her portfolio boasts an array of stunning flower crowns, crafted for weddings, baby showers, and various special occasions.
Reflecting on her upcoming workshop, Boyle expressed her enthusiasm for imparting her floral design skills to others. “Creating flower crowns is an accessible and enjoyable activity, offering beautiful results regardless of your level of expertise,” she noted. “My favorite aspect is witnessing the unique and diverse creations that participants come up with by the end of the workshop.”
Erin Boyle’s “Fall Flower Crowns” workshop promises to be a delightful fusion of creativity and nature, where participants can explore their artistic sides and craft beautiful, lasting mementos under the guidance of a passionate designer.
