Elspeth Cobb, an esteemed member of the club, took the honor of introducing her mentor, Donna Hopkins, who hails from the Garden Club of Frankfort. Hopkins, a seasoned expert in the field, showcased three distinctively creative designs, showcasing the versatility of floral arrangements.
